Upon completion, a series of quality inspections are conducted, including checks for dimensional tolerances, weight, rubber density, adhesive strength of the reflective film, impact resistance, and UV resistance. Our factory uses internal mixers to blend materials at high temperatures and effectively disperse carbon black and additives. With our advanced equipment, our rubber is mixed quickly and uniformly during the processing stage, and computer-controlled systems ensure consistent formulations.
Precision molding and Vulcanization

We are committed to using precise molds to ensure that our bulk rubber cones maintain consistent height, weight, and thickness for your convenience.
